• lead and oversee European-wide campaigns
• write inspiring campaign content and implement tactics that drive real-world impact
• build partnerships and use digital tools to optimize campaign performance
• coordinate and coach the Campaigners
• oversee campaign processes, schedules, and performance metrics
• advise the Campaigns Management Team on strategies, launches, and fundraising actions
• foster a positive and productive working culture in the campaigns team
• provide development-focused feedback where necessary
