About the role
- Help turn complex data into actionable insights focused on supporter engagement, fundraising, impact measurement
- Conduct in-depth analysis of actions/supporter engagement
- Build predictive models linked to growth, engagement, income generation
- Create dashboards and visualizations to present findings to non-technical stakeholders
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent experience in data science, statistics, or a related quantitative field
- 3-5 years experience in similar roles with other organizations doing online organizing and advocacy
- Proficient in SQL
- Hands-on experience with modern data tools
- Experience with ActionKit, Matomo, BigQuery, Stripe, PayPal, dbt, and/or Metabase is a plus
