About the role
- Support, train and educate HCPs on Dexcom products in the Diabetes Market
- Provide online and when required in-person training and in-servicing of Dexcom products and ancillaries to patients and HCPs
- Develop innovative and efficient education platform leveraging cross-company support
- Maximize strategic partnerships to drive CGM product sales
- Act as product expert and first point of contact for product, use and training requests from HCPs
- Manage time and schedules according to customer and business needs
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in training HCPs and/or patients (job text)
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5–8 years of related experience (job text)
- (Para) medical education at BSc. Level (e.g., nurse, dietician, physiotherapist)
- Fluent in Dutch and French; good knowledge of English
- Preferably experience working within the diabetes field
- Willingness to travel 50-75%
