About the role
- Contract Management: You independently draft, review and negotiate customer contracts in the DACH region — pragmatic, solution-oriented and with a strong focus on the business.
- Data Protection: You support new products and features from concept through roll-out from a data protection perspective and independently communicate with data protection authorities across the DACH region.
- Litigation & Court Proceedings: You prepare written submissions independently and take responsibility for managing and conducting court proceedings.
- Corporate Housekeeping: You maintain and manage corporate documents and ensure compliance with all corporate-law requirements.
Requirements
- Qualification: You have completed both state examinations in law (Staatsexamen), each with a minimum score of 8 points.
- Professional Experience: Approximately 2–4 years of professional experience in a law firm or in-house role in relevant legal areas.
- Legal Expertise: In-depth knowledge in at least one of the following areas: contract law, data protection law or corporate law.
- Working Style & Agility: You work in a structured, independent manner and enjoy switching between different legal areas and quickly getting up to speed on new topics.
- Mindset: You want to take on responsibility and appreciate a dynamic start-up environment where pragmatic solutions and entrepreneurial thinking are valued.
- Language Skills: You have business-fluent German and English.
