About the role

  • Market & potential analyses: Analyze market potential, customer segments and use cases to strategically prioritize our sales and growth initiatives
  • Process development: Support building scalable and efficient processes for launching new products, features and business models
  • Pilot projects & implementation: Support strategic initiatives from concept through operational piloting of new solutions
  • KPI & performance tracking: Independently create and maintain dashboards to manage relevant KPIs
  • Competitive & trend analyses: Monitor market and competitive developments and derive actionable insights for Sales and Management

Requirements

  • Studies & experience: Enrolled student, ideally with initial practical experience in a startup, consulting, digital or strategy environment
  • Analytical excellence: Strong analytical thinking, a structured working style and a clear results orientation
  • Hands-on mentality: You take ownership, drive topics independently and find pragmatic solutions
  • Team spirit: You enjoy working in a team, contribute actively and value open, constructive collaboration
  • Strong communication: Confident presence and the ability to inform internal and external stakeholders clearly and purposefully
  • Languages: Very good German skills (spoken and written) and fluent English
