About the role
- Expansion: You will support the expansion of our brand into Switzerland and ensure that Wemolo is implemented in every city for digital parking management.
- Customer acquisition: You are responsible for presenting Wemolo to new customers in Switzerland with the goal of winning them and future key accounts, generating sustainable revenue growth.
- Pipeline building: You develop high-quality sales pipelines by effectively qualifying and prioritizing leads for the relevant segments.
- Pipeline management: Using CRM tools and data-driven analyses, you keep your sales pipeline and KPIs constantly under review.
- Goal-oriented: You track your objectives on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis and report them to the Country Manager.
- Teamwork: You collaborate closely with colleagues in Product Development, Sales Development, and Operations to continuously improve Wemolo.
Requirements
- Background: You have successfully completed vocational training or a university degree.
- Sales experience: You already have experience in B2B sales or sales development and can demonstrate a clear track record. You have a hunter mentality and, ideally, have already successfully closed initial negotiations.
- Working style: You work in a goal-oriented, independent, and structured manner.
- Language skills: You speak (Swiss) German and French fluently (C1) and have good English skills.
- Driver's license: You hold a valid category B driving license.
- Travel availability: You are willing to travel frequently (approx. 1–2 days per week) within Switzerland to optimally develop and expand your accounts.
