About the role

  • You are responsible for the entire sales process — from initial outreach and persuasive presentations to closing deals.
  • You win new customers, secure strategic key accounts over time, and contribute sustainably to revenue growth.
  • You deliver presentations and negotiate at all management levels, maintain long-term client relationships, and identify new opportunities within existing accounts.
  • You qualify leads effectively, prioritize them based on data, and build a high-quality, scalable sales pipeline.
  • You keep your targets in focus, analyze your pipeline, and continuously optimize your sales strategies to deliver the best solutions for our customers.
  • You work closely with colleagues across departments to continuously develop Wemolo.

Requirements

  • You have already gained initial experience in B2B sales.
  • You are structured and analytical: you work data-driven and focus on quality and excellence.
  • Performance-oriented: you are ambitious and passionate about fast growth in a highly dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communicator: you have a strong personal presence and the drive to learn Wemolo's technology.
  • Languages: you have C1 German proficiency and speak fluent English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Mobility: you hold a valid Class B driving license and are willing to travel regularly within Germany (approx. 10–20%).
