About the role

  • Drive high impact initiatives at the intersection of AI, human data, and enterprise customers
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Delivery, and Engineering to design solutions
  • Own strategic customer engagements from discovery through delivery and expansion
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise clients in AI, ML, NLP, and data-driven organizations
  • Lead and own internal initiatives from concept to execution (no hand-offs, no silos)

Requirements

  • Significant experience in technical strategy, solutions, or client facing technical roles
  • A background in Computational Linguistics, NLP, Machine Learning, or a closely related field
  • Deep familiarity with human in the loop systems and linguistic data workflows
  • Direct experience with Annotation, RLHF, or alignment workflows
  • Linguistic data pipelines
  • LLM training or evaluation
  • An understanding of how AI systems are built and how AI companies generate revenue
