About the role

  • Responsible for configuring, deploying, and validating Pantheon-based technology solutions.
  • Execute build tasks in Pantheon and support UAT to ensure seamless operational adoption.
  • Setup, configure, and validate Pantheon solutions, including CSG templates and automation agents.
  • Conduct troubleshooting, log analysis, and issue recreation to diagnose and resolve defects.
  • Collaborate with Delivery, Quality, Engineering, and Product teams to identify improvement areas.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Pantheon technology, including Programs, Client Service Group (CSG) settings, Agent routes, Pantheon SDK.
  • Ability to execute and test API endpoints, including request construction, authentication, and response validation.
  • Proficiency in JSON for configuring settings and payload manipulation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced technical environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks within Agile workflows.
  • Clear communication skills—able to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
