About the role

  • Independently manage eLearning/Multimedia projects directly assigned to them
  • Support the Operations Squad Lead in quote for new business and client engagement
  • Own relationships with the customer at the project level
  • Work closely with Welocalize account and production teams
  • Prepare, analyze and implement project plans following the Welocalize standards
  • Create and manage project schedules
  • Create project estimates and proposals
  • Conduct risk assessment and strategic planning of activities
  • Manage QA projects, incl. resource management, defect management, reporting
  • Work collaboratively on project and client objectives with other involved stakeholders
  • Develop and prepare process documents
  • Work with production team for continuous improvement of project delivery
  • Establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure all finance systems data is accurate and up to date
  • Report on project status, budget, time management, and client/vendor related issues
  • Maintain project profit through margin management
  • Plan, prepare & run quarterly business reviews with clients

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree OR Bachelor’s Degree and experience in the industry in lieu of Master’s Degree acceptable
  • Proven track record of Project Management
  • Experience in the localization industry
  • Experience in technology related company
  • Proven Experience dealing with large clients
  • Proven track record of success at managing large projects
  • Proven track record of active participation in development of processes and ideas
  • Proven track record of active participation in new client sales cycles, incl. presentations, analysis, recommendations and relationship development
  • Experience in managing financial budgets, budget reconciliation and budget reporting
  • Experience with translation and eLearning/Multimedia tools, such as XTM, CaptionHub etc.
