About the role

  • Develop a strategic vision of the Procurement function and implement procurement strategies aligned with business goals and global standards.
  • Lead and manage end-to-end procurement: sourcing, vendor selection, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management.
  • Oversee procurement processes, Procurement Policy, and contract management approach; ensure compliance with internal policies.
  • Lead digitalization and automation initiatives in procurement to increase efficiency and transparency.
  • Become a trusted business partner for End-Users and Functional Leads; build and maintain strong internal stakeholder partnerships.
  • Manage and mentor the procurement team; define roles, set goals, and support professional development.
  • Drive cost optimization initiatives and identify opportunities for savings without compromising quality; develop and control KPIs for the team.
  • Manage P2P process flow in ERP and contract management tool; ensure onboarding and constant support of End-Users.
  • Manage purchasing documents and supplier master data in ERP.
  • Report directly to the Finance Director.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years in procurement, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in international or multinational companies, preferably in the IT/tech industry.
  • Strong background in IT procurement, vendor management, and strategic sourcing.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CIPS, CPSM, PMP) are a plus.
  • Proficiency in ERP/procurement systems (Workday, SAP, Coupa, Oracle, Jira, ServiceNow, etc.).
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and contract management skills.
  • Understanding of procurement compliance and risk management.
  • Excellent team management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); other languages are an asset.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and lead change initiatives.
  • Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced international environment.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally as needed.
