About the role
- Serve as the clinical voice and subject matter expert for nursing and clinical operations within Digital Health
- Oversee the development, implementation, and adherence to clinical policies, procedures, standing orders, and protocols
- Maintain clear role definitions and scope of practice for all licensed and unlicensed clinical staff
- Collaborate with departments and key stakeholders to advance Digital Health operations
- Foster a culture of patient safety, quality outcomes, evidence-based practice, and high reliability in clinical processes
- Cultivate a collaborative and supportive environment promoting interdisciplinary teamwork and professional practice standards
- Build strong partnerships with operational leaders, medical staff, and external stakeholders
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, retention, and professional development of a multidisciplinary clinical workforce
- Pursue ongoing professional development to enhance leadership skills, clinical knowledge, and Digital Health expertise
- Mentor and develop emerging clinical leaders, supporting autonomy, involvement, and empowerment in their roles
Requirements
- Bachelors in Nursing is required
- Minimum 7 years experience as a Registered Nurse is required
- Minimum 5 years progressive nursing leadership in a clinic or inpatient setting is required
- Minimum 2 years experience with Digital Health programs is strongly preferred
- Extensive leadership experience managing clinical teams including RNs, CMAs, and other clinical support staff
- Strong knowledge of Digital Health, ambulatory care operations, and nursing practice standards
- Demonstrated ability to lead strategic clinical initiatives aligned with organizational priorities
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication, and collaboration skills
- In-depth understanding of healthcare regulations, patient safety, quality improvement, and evidence-based practice
