Manage and develop teams of individual contributors for leading product implementation
Identify and recommend opportunities for product enhancements and business requirements
Determine appropriate strategy and actions of product implementation team to meet moderate to high-risk deliverables
Manage capacity, dependency and sequencing of implementation activities across technology releases
Collaborate and consult with product managers, analysts and multiple level managers
Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
Requirements
6+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
3+ years of management or leadership experience
