Lead the Litigation Services/eDiscovery product within the Legal department
Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
Ensure efficiency, quality, and cost effectiveness of solutions, and manage pipeline relating to assigned operations
Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives requiring analytical skills and understanding of organizational strategy and international business
Work independently to make recommendations and provide support and leadership for support functions
Assist in planning and executing programs and initiatives including risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
Collaborate and consult with team leaders to develop project plans, policies, and procedures
Provide leadership in managing relationships and implementing programs, services, and initiatives with cross-functional business partners
Requirements
4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
Strong project management and product ownership skills
Experience with user testing and feedback loops
Familiarity with eDiscovery technologies and legal operations
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
Ability to work at one of the posted locations (CHARLOTTE, NC; DES MOINES, IA)
Ability to work a hybrid schedule, in office at least 3 days a week
