About the role
- Lead the Litigation Services/eDiscovery product within the Legal department
- Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
- Ensure efficiency, quality, and cost effectiveness of solutions, and manage pipeline relating to assigned operations
- Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives requiring analytical skills and understanding of organizational strategy and international business
- Work independently to make recommendations and provide support and leadership for support functions
- Assist in planning and executing programs and initiatives including risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
- Collaborate and consult with team leaders to develop project plans, policies, and procedures
- Provide leadership in managing relationships and implementing programs, services, and initiatives with cross-functional business partners
Requirements
- 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
- Strong project management and product ownership skills
- Experience with user testing and feedback loops
- Familiarity with eDiscovery technologies and legal operations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
- Ability to work at one of the posted locations (CHARLOTTE, NC; DES MOINES, IA)
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule, in office at least 3 days a week
- This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
