About the role
- Serve as the Agile Product Owner for AI initiatives within the Wells Fargo Legal department, shaping adoption, development, and governance of AI tools and capabilities.
- Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large-scale strategic initiatives.
- Ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness of solutions, and manage pipeline for assigned operations.
- Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives requiring analytical skills and knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution.
- Work independently to make recommendations for support functions by providing support and leadership.
- Assist in planning and execution of programs and initiatives including risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience improvements.
- Collaborate and consult with team leaders to develop project plans, policies, and procedures.
- Provide leadership in managing relationships and implementing programs, services, and initiatives with cross-functional business partners.
Requirements
- 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education.
- Proven experience in product ownership and agile delivery, preferably within Legal or AI domains.
- Experience with Jira, agile methodologies, and change management practices.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, governance, and operational integration.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Ability to work at one of the posted locations (Charlotte, NC or Des Moines, IA).
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule, in office at least 3 days a week.

- Accountability for execution of applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance).
