About the role
- Responsible for full stack design, development, testing, documentation, and analysis of modules or features of new or upgraded software systems and products
- Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
- Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
- Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs including upgrades and deployments
- Review moderately complex technical challenges and evaluate technologies and procedures
- Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet client needs
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
- Lead projects, act as an escalation point, and provide guidance to less experienced staff
Requirements
- 4+ years of Software Engineering experience or equivalent
- 4+ years of experience with Salesforce Platform including Apex, LWC, SOQL, Unit Testing
- 4+ years of experience with Salesforce development
- 4+ years of experience with object-oriented design patterns and development
- 3+ years of experience of configuration and customization of nCino
- 3+ years of experience with Agile development methodologies such as SCRUM
- 3+ years of experience with Commercial Lending
- 3+ years of experience with complex business system integrations
- 3+ years of experience using tools like Jenkins/Harness, GitHub, AutoRabit and testing automation tools like selenium or ACCELQ
- 3+ years of experience with core web technologies including HTML5, JavaScript and jQuery
- 3+ years of experience with relational databases, or data modelling
- 3+ years of experience with web services such as REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML
- Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD), Unit Testing, integration testing, API testing, Performance Testing, and Functional testing
- Certifications in Salesforce and nCino (desired)
- Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to work onsite at one of the posted locations
