About the role
- Lead complex technology initiatives including companywide projects with broad impact
- Take a lead role in supporting Technology initiatives within Commercial and Corporate & Investment Banking Technology (CCIBT)
- Drive the build and rollout of new applications, tools, platforms and services within cloud environments
- Design, code, test, debug, and document projects and programs
- Review and analyze complex, large-scale technology solutions for tactical and strategic business objectives
- Develop standards and companywide best practices for engineering complex and large scale technology solutions
- Make decisions and influence technology teams to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
- Collaborate and consult with key technical experts, senior technology team, and external industry groups to resolve complex technical issues
- Lead projects, teams, or serve as a peer mentor
Requirements
- 5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Platform including Apex, LWC, SOQL, Unit Testing
- 7+ years of experience with object-oriented design patterns and development (desired)
- 5+ years of experience with Salesforce development (desired)
- 3+ years of experience in configuration and customization of nCino
- 3+ years of experience with Agile development methodologies such as SCRUM
- 3+ years of experience with commercial lending business
- 3+ years of experience with complex business system integrations
- 3+ years of experience using tools like Jenkins/Harness, GitHub, AutoRabit and testing automation tools like selenium or ACCELQ
- 3+ years of experience with core web technologies including HTML5, JavaScript and jQuery
- 3+ years of experience with relational databases, or data modelling
- 3+ years of experience with web services such as REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML
- Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD), Unit Testing, integration testing, API testing, Performance Testing, and Functional testing
- Certifications in Salesforce and nCino (desired)
- Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to work onsite at one of the posted locations
