Assist customers with basic requests related to opening new accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications.
Receive direction from managers and exercise judgement within defined policies and procedures.
Develop understanding of bank products and services to connect to customers' needs.
Interact with customers to demonstrate care and build relationships and provide appropriate options for bank products and services.
Refer customers' financial needs to other bankers and partners as needed.

Maintain cash drawer, cash handling and balancing; complete service-related tasks as needed.
Support customers and employees in resolving or escalating concerns or complaints.
Requirements
6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of work experience, training, military experience, education.
Bilingual speaking and listening proficiency in Spanish/English.
Must take and pass required language assessment.
SAFE registration required at time of employment; Wells Fargo will initiate SAFE registration immediately after employment start date (NMLS MU4R questions and registration required).
Individuals in Loan Originator (LO) positions must meet Consumer Financial Protection Bureau qualification requirements and Wells Fargo policies, including financial responsibility, character, general financial fitness and criminal background standards; a current credit report will be used.
Ongoing employment contingent upon meeting S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act requirements and acceptable background investigation results.
Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays.
Maintains cash drawer, cash handling and balancing; spends time completing service-related tasks as needed.
