About the role

  • Support and grow the Emerging Middle Market portfolio
  • Deepen client relationships and identify cash-flow optimization opportunities
  • Provide consultative treasury solutions for companies with $25MM–$100MM in revenue
  • Collaborate with Relationship Managers and product specialists
  • Drive new business and manage a targeted sales pipeline
  • Ensure retention of existing treasury clients

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Treasury Management Sales experience
  • Strong understanding of payables and receivables processes
  • Proven experience managing high volumes of sales calls
  • Proactive, self-driven approach to consult and influence prospects
  • Excellent partnership and collaboration skills
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with Emerging Middle Market clients
  • CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) designation or willingness to pursue
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
