About the role
- Manage a team of product area managers, product owners, and strategic discovery leads to drive investment planning, prioritization, and roadmap execution.
- Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence client reporting and tax initiatives, plans, requirements, and strategic goals.
- Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking.
- Partner closely with technology, operations, and enterprise to ensure we are meeting the client and operational needs.
- Manage engagement with external third parties and key industry players as it relates to the client reporting vision.
- Build a position on client reporting and tax strategy based on industry activity, vendor presence, and the expansion of intelligence automation and introduction of AI.
- Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise.
Requirements
- 6+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3+ years Management or leadership experience
- 5+ years of product management experience (desired)
- 3+ years of management of strategic programs and technology delivery (desired)
- Experience in retail operations, investment operations, or related business areas (desired)
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product delivery frameworks (desired)
- Strong analytical skills with experience developing product KPIs and performance dashboards (desired)
- Strategic mindset with the ability to balance customer experience, business objectives, and operational impacts (desired)
- Experience with managing people in a large global organization, with familiarity with budget management, performance systems, and standard org health activities (desired)
- Experience with MS Office and SharePoint (desired)
- Experience with JIRA and Octane (desired)
- Familiar with AI capabilities – from a productivity lens and driving automation (desired)
