About the role

  • Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives
  • Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
  • Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
  • Ensure adherence with compliance regulations and policies within Business Growth Strategy functional area
  • Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues
  • Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations.
  • Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
  • 3+ years of experience working in the Financial Services Industry in an investments product or similar role
  • 3+ years of direct experience at an RIA or RIA custodian
  • Requires understanding of business practice management, investment products and fintech expertise in RIA marketplace
  • Must possess strong program management and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment
  • Experience operating effectively in a geographically dispersed organization
  • Virtual leadership experience.
