About the role
- Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives
- Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
- Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
- Ensure adherence with compliance regulations and policies within Business Growth Strategy functional area
- Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues
- Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations.
- Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
- 3+ years of experience working in the Financial Services Industry in an investments product or similar role
- 3+ years of direct experience at an RIA or RIA custodian
- Requires understanding of business practice management, investment products and fintech expertise in RIA marketplace
- Must possess strong program management and organization skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment
- Experience operating effectively in a geographically dispersed organization
- Virtual leadership experience.
