About the role
- Develop & manage routines for monthly investment portfolio reporting, business reviews, performance metrics definition & tracking, and stakeholder management
- Work closely and partner with the members of Technology, Finance, and teams in Digital, Data, & AI businesses
- Coordinate responses to ad-hoc executive requests across product leaders & teams
- Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence digital products, initiatives, plans, specifications, resources, and long-term goals for highly complex business and technical needs across a functional area within the Digital environment
- Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterprise
- Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking
- Coordinate highly complex activities and guidance to others
- Provide vision, direction and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have significant impact
- Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise
- Serve as an expert advisor to leadership
Requirements
- 7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Skilled in building strong working relationships and collaborating with broad range of partners and stakeholders
- Ability to execute in a fast-paced, high-demand environment while balancing multiple priorities
- Data and outcome driven, with a history of designing and implementing measurement systems, reporting and analytics that tie business performance results to financial outcomes
- Excellent PowerPoint skills with focus on creating executive-ready presentations
- Expert-level skills in using spreadsheets to analyze and automate complex information
- Outstanding problem-solving skills & analytical skills, with ability to turn findings into actionable solutions
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge and understanding of all consumer business lines, including Deposits, Payments, Lending, and Investments
- Knowledge of financial forecasting, budgeting, or investment planning processes to support portfolio performance routines.
