About the role

  • Manage and develop multiple business functional areas.
  • Identify Business Execution opportunities and strategies for process improvement.
  • Lead Business Execution team for assigned initiatives.
  • Collaborate and influence functional management to obtain resources and ensure alignment with Wells Fargo strategies.
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Business Execution.
  • Develop and guide a culture of talent development.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience including Management or leadership experience.
  • 5+ years of Product Management experience with exposure to AI/automation.
  • 5+ years of experience working with technology teams to build and launch products in market.
  • 5+ years of experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
  • 4+ years of management or leadership experience.
  • Banking/Financial services and/or contact center product/platforms experience.
  • Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools.
  • Ability to manage complex technology product teams and deliver on time in an enterprise environment.
  • Cybersecurity and Risk Mindset.
  • End-user experience focused.
  • Mission-aligned.
  • Proven ability to build and lead high-performing, agile software teams.
  • Demonstrated success in recruiting, developing, and retaining engineering talent.
  • Strong experience collaborating with product and business stakeholders.
