About the role
- Manage and develop multiple business functional areas.
- Identify Business Execution opportunities and strategies for process improvement.
- Lead Business Execution team for assigned initiatives.
- Collaborate and influence functional management to obtain resources and ensure alignment with Wells Fargo strategies.
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Business Execution.
- Develop and guide a culture of talent development.
Requirements
- 8+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience including Management or leadership experience.
- 5+ years of Product Management experience with exposure to AI/automation.
- 5+ years of experience working with technology teams to build and launch products in market.
- 5+ years of experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
- 4+ years of management or leadership experience.
- Banking/Financial services and/or contact center product/platforms experience.
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools.
- Ability to manage complex technology product teams and deliver on time in an enterprise environment.
- Cybersecurity and Risk Mindset.
- End-user experience focused.
- Mission-aligned.
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing, agile software teams.
- Demonstrated success in recruiting, developing, and retaining engineering talent.
- Strong experience collaborating with product and business stakeholders.
