About the role

  • Develop and execute employee and customer experience solutions for online applications
  • Manage the UX and UI design, creation, and production of experience elements from product concept through completion
  • Develop and execute experience solutions using user-centered design tools
  • Review and analyze high profile or complex projects
  • Develop new research and test theories for leading edge design solutions
  • Analyze relevant internal and external sites for best practices
  • Design, develop, test, and refine prototypes
  • Resolve moderately complex issues
  • Lead team to meet key milestone deliverables

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
  • Proven experience designing and executing employee experience solutions for digital platforms
  • Strong proficiency in UX/UI design principles
  • Proficient in designing, developing, testing, and refining interactive prototypes
  • Experience leveraging AI-driven design tools or generative AI
  • Expertise in user-centered design methodologies
  • Ability to influence and mentor teams of design specialists
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct research and apply innovative design theories
  • Skilled in analyzing internal and external digital experiences
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Capable of leading cross-functional teams
  • Experience overseeing project planning, production schedules, and quality assurance processes
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • 4+ years of Online and Digital Product Design, Information Sciences, Graphic, and Visual Arts experience
