Develop analytical frameworks that inform resource allocation and executive event decisions
Drive large-scale platform migrations and ensure data integrity and documentation quality
Optimize event technology features with partners to advance event strategy and performance
Lead cross-functional planning and execution of enterprise event initiatives
Manage initiatives that improve efficiency, strengthen controls, and reduce operational risk
Conduct assessments to resolve complex issues and deliver actionable data insights
Build automated dashboards and alerts to enhance event lifecycle visibility
Implement technology solutions that advance target-state event architecture and automation

Requirements

5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Certified Cvent System Administrator
Experience integrating Cvent data with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) for reporting
Experience administering enterprise event platforms and advising on platform capabilities
Experience designing analytical frameworks that guide event planning and performance
Experience leading platform transitions with a focus on data integrity and documentation
Experience using technology tools to track and optimize event operations and analytics
Experience building automated reporting dashboards that support event decision-making
