About the role
- Lead execution activities for a new payments‑related data‑sharing product
- Create clear, actionable user stories, epics, and technical requirements in collaboration with product and technology partners
- Coordinate and oversee technology‑focused workstreams
- Act as Product’s subject matter expert on the platform’s data architecture
- Manage relationships and engagement across internal stakeholders
- Analyze customer and partner data to identify root causes and opportunities
- Partner closely with Deposits, Digital, and Fraud teams
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and compliance expectations
- Influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization
- Serve as a subject matter expert for the program’s technical components
Requirements
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
- 5+ years of experience leading end‑to‑end digital product management initiatives
- Experience launching or modernizing financial products, especially related to data‑sharing or payments ecosystems
- Familiarity with Financial Data Exchange (FDX) standards or similar open‑banking frameworks
- Proven experience delivering a meaningful, complex effort from concept through execution
- Hands‑on experience delivering products in an Agile setting
- Prior experience at a financial institution, data aggregator, or fintech
- Strong analytical capabilities with attention to detail and accuracy
- Highly organized with excellent coordination and time‑management skills
