About the role
- Provide consulting, coaching, and delivery related to implementation of technical, functional, product skills
- Identify opportunities for process improvements
- Review and analyze basic operational assignments
- Use knowledge of development programs to articulate interconnectivity and business impact
- Partner with instructional design team to develop curricula
- Provide direction and mentorship to other Learning and Development consultants
- Present recommendations for resolving more complex situations
- Collaborate and consult with colleagues, internal partners, and stakeholders
Requirements
- 2+ years of Learning and Development Consulting experience
- Demonstrated expertise in the full learning lifecycle
- Understanding of financial services
- Demonstrated project management and consulting experience
- Experience in coaching, developing, and mentoring employees
- Strong analytical mindset and the ability to think critically
- Proficiency with learning technologies
