About the role

  • Provide consulting, coaching, and delivery related to implementation of technical, functional, product skills
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Review and analyze basic operational assignments
  • Use knowledge of development programs to articulate interconnectivity and business impact
  • Partner with instructional design team to develop curricula

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Learning and Development Consulting experience
  • Demonstrated expertise in the full learning lifecycle
  • Understanding of financial services
  • Demonstrated project management and consulting experience
  • Experience in coaching, developing, and mentoring employees
  • Strong analytical mindset and the ability to think critically
  • Proficiency with learning technologies
