About the role
- Provide strategic finance leadership to the Head of Credit Card.
- Provide financial leadership during the strategic planning process.
- Lead annual budget, monthly forecast, and actuals variance analysis.
- Lead LOB Monthly Business Review deck process – follow-ups, agenda, content, packaging.
- Responsible for core business metric reporting development in support of Credit Card.
- Provide Finance support to senior Credit Card leadership in support of workforce and growth strategies.
- Maintain strong financial controls and risk management practices.
- Collaborate with enterprise finance teams and other business units to align on priorities and share best practices.
- Lead and develop a high-performing finance team.
Requirements
- 8+ years of Finance experience or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 4+ years of Management experience
- Experience in financial services or a global systemically important bank (GSIB).
- Prior CFO experience supporting a Credit Card organization.
- Deep understanding of Credit Card and Credit Card operations.
- Strong executive presence and ability to present to C-suite leaders.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to influence across complex, matrixed organizations.
- Track record of driving large-scale transformation and change.
- Commitment to ethical leadership and fostering an inclusive culture.
