About the role
- Coach, develop and build a high performing team to execute on business strategies
- Resolve low to moderately complex issues regarding the customer and employee experience
- Identify opportunities for making banking easier for customers through education
- Lead the branch while engaging stakeholders, peers, and internal partners
- Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports
Requirements
- 4+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- Management experience including hiring, coaching, and developing direct reports
- Ability to build and inspire a team where adaptability, collaboration, and accountability to performance are critical
- Ability to analyze performance, understand strengths and opportunities, and execute a plan that empowers employees
- Experience and knowledge in coaching across customer segments
- Extensive experience in asking questions and identifying complex financial needs
- Ability to lead a team to influence, educate, and connect customers to technology
- Knowledge and understanding of banking industry laws and regulations
