About the role

  • Lead and mentor a team of 12 professionals
  • Provide team leadership and subject matter expertise to the NHCO team
  • Identify, define and lead process improvement initiatives
  • Lead control execution activities for NHCO processes
  • Collaborate with the wider Staffing Shared Services team on transformation activities
  • Work on internal HR information systems to improve operational efficiency

  • Resolve moderately complex issues and lead team deliverables
  • Develop and maintain operational performance analytics

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Human Resources operations experience
  • 2+ years in a team leading role with expertise in supervising and coaching team members
  • Hands-on experience with HR and onboarding platforms (ServiceNow, Workday)
  • Experience in a global, matrixed environment
  • Ability to interpret, develop, and implement guidelines and procedures
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Demonstrated capability in mentoring and guiding talent development
