About the role
- Lead and mentor a team of 12 professionals
- Provide team leadership and subject matter expertise to the NHCO team
- Identify, define and lead process improvement initiatives
- Lead control execution activities for NHCO processes
- Collaborate with the wider Staffing Shared Services team on transformation activities
- Work on internal HR information systems to improve operational efficiency
- Liaise with contracted vendors for service delivery
- Resolve moderately complex issues and lead team deliverables
- Develop and maintain operational performance analytics
Requirements
- 4+ years of Human Resources operations experience
- 2+ years in a team leading role with expertise in supervising and coaching team members
- Hands-on experience with HR and onboarding platforms (ServiceNow, Workday)
- Experience in a global, matrixed environment
- Ability to interpret, develop, and implement guidelines and procedures
- Strong collaboration skills
- Demonstrated capability in mentoring and guiding talent development
