About the role

  • Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives
  • Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
  • Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues
  • Develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
  • Perform application business management through records management and ensure compliance against various policy and regulatory requirements
  • Interpret policies & procedures and provide compliance risk expertise
  • Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations
  • Collaborate and consult with members of the Product team and corporate risk partners

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
  • 2+ years of Risk & Compliance expertise
  • Strong understanding of issue management standards and remediation requirements
  • Experience working in financial services, consulting or in other highly regulated environments
  • Experience collaborating in a Product setting and understanding of Agile methodology
  • Experience designing and managing large complex programs, new processes, and services
  • Ability to take on a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability
  • Experience in building reporting dashboards using Power BI
