8+ years of data product or data management or leadership experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
4+ years of management or leadership experience
Expertise in data management tools, data governance, automation frameworks, and cloud platforms.
Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and data management risk management principles.
Product mindset with deep knowledge of Agile development practices.
Metadata, lineage, and governance platforms (e.g., Collibra, Informatica EDC/Axon, Alation, Solidatus).
Cloud and data ecosystems (Azure, AWS, GCP, Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Purview).
Data quality and discovery tools (Informatica IDQ, Ataccama, BigID, MANTA).
AI & productivity tooling (Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Enterprise).
Master & reference data platforms (Informatica MDM, Reltio, Semarchy).
Data virtualization & integration technologies (Denodo, MuleSoft, Fivetran).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
