About the role

Coach, develop and build a high performing team to execute on business strategies, achieve results, and drive growth of the business
Resolve low to moderately complex issues regarding the customer and employee experience, risk, and growth of the team
Identify opportunities for making banking easier for customers through education and demonstration of available digital options
Lead the branch while engaging stakeholders, peers, and internal partners in collaborating and building strong partnerships
Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent

4+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience
2+ years of leadership experience
Management experience including hiring, coaching, and developing direct reports
Ability to build and inspire a team where adaptability, collaboration, and accountability to performance are critical to success
Ability to analyze performance, understand strengths and opportunities, and execute a plan that empowers employees to achieve business objectives
Experience and knowledge in coaching across customer segments
Experience building and maintaining effective relationships with customers
Extensive experience in asking questions and identifying complex financial needs
Ability to lead a team to influence, educate, and connect customers to technology
Knowledge and understanding of banking industry laws and regulations
