- Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large-scale strategic initiatives
- Ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness of solutions, while managing operational pipelines
- Research and analyze complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives, using data-driven insights to inform decisions
- Communicate actionable findings to leaders, influencing strategies and driving measurable improvements
- Work independently to make recommendations and provide leadership for support functions
- Assist in planning and executing programs and initiatives focused on risk mitigation, operational efficiency, and client experience
- Collaborate with team leaders to develop project plans, policies, and procedures
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while leading cross-functional partnerships to implement programs and services
Requirements
- 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Strong project management and product ownership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with user testing and feedback loops
- Familiarity with eDiscovery technologies and legal operations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to present data-driven insights clearly and persuasively
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
