About the role
- Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
- Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operation
- Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
- Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
- Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
- Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
- Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners
Requirements
- 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
- Experience with Financial Crimes / KYC Operations / Data Management processes and procedures with knowledge and understanding of regulatory requirements (5 + years)
- Project and program management skills
- Experience with program and change management across functions and organizations (3+ years)
- Experience providing leadership in a matrixed environment
- Experience successfully planning and executing large initiatives in an operations environment
- Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently and work independently
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to turn findings into strategic imperatives
- Ability to manage large-scale initiatives including stakeholders across risk, business and technical teams
- Experience developing partnerships and collaborating with other business and functional areas
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, Project) skills
