About the role

  • Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
  • Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operation
  • Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
  • Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
  • Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
  • Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
  • Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
  • Experience with Financial Crimes / KYC Operations / Data Management processes and procedures with knowledge and understanding of regulatory requirements (5 + years)
  • Project and program management skills
  • Experience with program and change management across functions and organizations (3+ years)
  • Experience providing leadership in a matrixed environment
  • Experience successfully planning and executing large initiatives in an operations environment
  • Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently and work independently
  • Problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to turn findings into strategic imperatives
  • Ability to manage large-scale initiatives including stakeholders across risk, business and technical teams
  • Experience developing partnerships and collaborating with other business and functional areas
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, Project) skills
