About the role
- Stand Up and Own the Client Advisory Board Program
- Design and launch a comprehensive CAB strategy—including charter, governance, membership model, cadence, and engagement mechanics.
- Define clear goals, success metrics, and operating rhythms that drive consistent value for both clients and internal stakeholders.
- Plan, facilitate, and execute CAB sessions, workshops, and listening forums to surface insights that meaningfully shape product direction.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with priority clients and partners; become a strategic connector between their needs and our product vision.
- Translate CAB insights into actionable recommendations for the Product Management team.
- Manage end-to-end logistics for CAB programming, including content development, pre-reads, post-session communications, and follow-ups.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 5+ years of experience in program management, customer insights, client engagement, consulting, product management, or related fields
- Experience designing or operating large-scale programs, governance structures, or cross-functional initiatives
- Strong facilitation experience with senior external and internal audiences
- Exceptional communication, relationship building, and stakeholder management skills
