About the role

  • Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within the software engineering domain focused on quality. Design and develop reusable software components and automation frameworks to support quality engineering efforts. Build systems to track developer productivity and quality metrics (e.g., DORA metrics, code commits, defect rates). Leverage AI/ML models to identify and track application vulnerabilities and support automated remediation. Develop solutions for automated NFR and other quality assessment and evidencing using LLMs. Integrate engineering solutions into CI/CD pipelines and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Stay current with industry trends and organizational standards in software engineering and quality practices.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education. 3+ years of strong programming experience in frontend (JS based) or backend (Java, Python, or C#). 2+ years of experience with databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, or MongoDB. 2+ years of experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps. This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
