• You design and drive our holistic communication and campaign strategy.
• You connect brand, strategy and execution and ensure a consistent, impactful brand across all channels.
• You are responsible for the creative guiding idea behind everything wellnest communicates externally — in campaigns and always-on setups, including narratives, tone of voice and claims.
• You develop strategies and translate them into format and content logics that are scalable and performance-driven.
• You build systems, not one-off pieces.
• You spot cultural moments before they become mainstream — and you know how to leverage them for wellnest.
• When wellnest enters a new city, you are the strategic glue.
• You act as a sparring partner for the Creative and Marketing teams.
