About the role
- Own and develop a defined Florida-based territory within a major metro market
- Build a strategic territory plan targeting high-opportunity practices and groups
- Establish market presence through consistent in-person engagement
- Prospect daily through outbound calls, in-person visits, networking, and referrals
- Identify and close net-new logos across independent practices and multi-location groups
- Conduct consultative discovery around payments, financing workflows, and revenue optimization
- Articulate value around merchant services, financing options, and payment workflow optimization
- Understand and position interchange, merchant pricing, underwriting, and approval processes
- Compete effectively against legacy financing and payment providers
- Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting
- Consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Report territory performance and growth strategy to leadership
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of B2B field sales experience
- Payments / merchant services experience strongly preferred
- Experience selling into healthcare or dental is a plus, but not required
- Demonstrated history of exceeding quota
- Based in or willing to relocate to a major Florida metro
