About the role

  • Manage relationships with customers across all of Wella’s geographical regions, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction
  • Process end-to-end customer orders in SAP: entry, masterdata/availability/credit checks, interaction with our warehouses, documentation, and invoicing
  • Support growth in assigned customer accounts by identifying new opportunities and optimizing order & delivery performance
  • Work collaboratively with Sales, Commercial, Logistics, Market & Production Planners and Masterdata teams to ensure timely shipments
  • Act as a main point of contact for all order, shipping and billing inquiries
  • Analyze sales and service data to identify trends, drive improvements and support business decisions
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints regarding order quantities, quality and delivery
  • Issue credit/debit notes as required and ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Stay up to date on SAP and MS Office best practices, embracing new functionalities and technologies

Requirements

  • Experience with SAP
  • Proficiency in English (written & spoken)
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Customer Service or Logistics/Supply Chain
  • Strong Excel and MS Office skills, with an analytical and data-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive, collaborative approach and strong time management
  • Attention to detail, ownership and reliability in execution
  • Continuous improvement mindset and agility in adapting to market and internal changes
  • Bachelor’s degree
