About the role
- Prospecting: identify salons to target, organize your prospecting plan, request appointments, meet prospects and understand their needs.
- Retention and development: manage and animate the portfolio of existing clients.
- Present our innovations: propose new services and trainings to help your clients grow their turnover and improve satisfaction levels.
- Drive performance and KPIs: track your performance indicators (turnover, number of active clients, product-range market share per salon, etc.).
- Use digital tools (Salesforce CRM, Power BI, AI tools) to manage your activity and anticipate business opportunities.
- Brand presence and visibility: ensure the presence and visibility of our professional brands in salons, check that product ranges are properly displayed, advise clients on point-of-sale merchandising, and inform them about best commercial practices to improve product sell-through (sell-out activities).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) or equivalent in business or similar
- More than 2 years’ experience in B2B sales (experience in the beauty sector is a plus)
- Valid driving licence (Category B)
- Strong commercial instincts and strong negotiation skills
- A strong service orientation and focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to drive results and leverage customer data using digital tools
- Curiosity, energy and a continuous desire to learn
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
