💰 $60,000 - $70,000 per year

About the role

  • Manage distribution lists, sample requests, and general administrative needs from markets
  • Coordinate all global deployment processes end-to-end
  • Draft and circulate regular global bulletins, updates, and initiative communications to markets
  • Maintain and update the Trade Marketing Shared Folder
  • Track global business performance and help identify key drivers, risks, or opportunities
  • Attend weekly cross-functional initiative meetings
  • Lead small to mid-sized projects from kick-off through completion

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Marketing or similar discipline)
  • 2-4+ years of experience in Trade Marketing, Marketing, Commercial, or related roles (beauty or FMCG a strong plus)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • High proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and digital asset management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with agility, professionalism, and a solutions-oriented mindset
  • A passion for the beauty category and consumer-centric marketing.
