About the role

  • Lead compliance, accounting and taxation for the entity
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies under US GAAP and local GAAP
  • Ensure conclusion of statutory audit with no qualifications and internal audits with no significant observations
  • Lead and ensure strong internal control environment in the organization
  • Drive successful closure of Internal Audit / BS review actions for the legal entity
  • Ensure timely accounting and compliance with all statutory obligations
  • Assist in management reporting

Requirements

  • CA with 4-6 years of experience post qualification
  • Strong experience in Accounting & Taxation preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Great stakeholder management - good interpersonal communication skills
  • Expertise in various IT systems (SAP/ Micro strategy)
  • Cross functional understanding of the work processes between Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, HR
  • Project Management lead with excellent analytical skills
  • Process oriented, very focused and rigorous
