• Oversee WELLSTAR’s ISO 27001 ISMS and SOC 2 Type 2 control framework
• Establish and continuously improve policies, processes, and GRC practices
• Own the compliance onboarding process for newly acquired entities
• Conduct gap analyses, risk assessments, and maturity evaluations
• Maintain the GRC risk register and support third-party risk reviews
• Track and present GRC KPIs and compliance metrics to leadership
• Support awareness campaigns and employee training
• Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and industry trends

Governance, Risk, and Compliance Lead

Chief of Staff

• Serve as a trusted partner and amplifier of the CEO, ensuring priorities move from decision to execution
• Act as the connective tissue between the CEO, executive team, and broader business
• Drive execution of priorities and OKRs, build and manage systems to track execution against CEO priorities
• Attend CEO meetings, document decisions, track action items, and ensure stakeholder follow-through
• Prepare materials and agendas for board meetings, offsites, and investor discussions
• Partner with the CEO on high-impact projects such as new market entry, acquisitions, and product launches
• Recommend and implement improvements to meeting preparation and post-meeting alignment; deliver weekly briefings
• Establish processes to monitor execution, surface risks early, and ensure leadership alignment
• Shadow the CEO, build context and trust, and serve as a trusted proxy in select forums

• Establish and continuously improve policies, processes, and GRC practices
• Own compliance onboarding process for newly acquired entities, designing and executing 12-month roadmaps
• Perform gap analyses, risk assessments, and maturity evaluations, and define remediation plans with business unit leaders
• Maintain the GRC risk register, coordinate internal control testing, and support third-party risk reviews
• Track and present GRC KPIs and compliance metrics to leadership, creating dashboards
• Support awareness campaigns, facilitate employee training, and foster a culture of compliance
• Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and industry trends
• Report directly to the Business Information Security Officer and partner with leaders across nine companies

GRC Lead

Controller

• Lead the finance and accounting function, including the general ledger, revenue recognition, accounts receivable/payable, and banking activities; own the month-end and year-end close and IFRS reporting; deliver financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses
• Enable strategic decision-making by partnering with FP&A on budgets, forecasts, and KPIs; provide technical accounting guidance on contracts, revenue recognition, and M&A; support post-acquisition integration plans
• Build and scale the Controllership team; mentor a growing finance team to ensure efficient, scalable processes
• Serve as a trusted advisor to external auditors; prepare working papers; collaborate with the finance transformation team to implement new systems
• Work cross-functionally with business leaders to surface insights that drive growth, resource planning, and investment decisions
