• Identify and cultivate relationships with borrowers, sponsors, lenders, and intermediaries to drive consistent deal flow
• Lead the full placement process: structuring capital stacks, preparing offering materials, running lender processes, negotiating term sheets, and shepherding all parties to close across debt and equity mandates
• Serve as a trusted advisor by translating real-time capital markets conditions into actionable guidance
• Leverage technology, data tools, and workflow systems to run a high-volume, well-organized deal process and build infrastructure that scales
