About the role
- Management, organization and further development of the entire kitchen operation
- Ensuring high-quality, balanced meal provision
- Staff leadership, scheduling and motivation of the kitchen team
- Production planning and control for approximately 1,000 meals daily
- Cost control, inventory management and budget responsibility
- Ensuring compliance with legal and operational standards (HACCP, occupational safety, cost-effectiveness)
- Close collaboration and communication with clients and department management
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a cook/chef
- Additional qualification as Küchenmeister (master chef/kitchen manager), hotel business administrator or similar qualifications advantageous
- Several years of professional experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills, organizational talent and a team-oriented approach
- Responsible and structured working style
- Good communication skills
