About the role
- Support existing personnel and advise managers on HR-related matters
- Practical employment law in employer–employee relationships (drafting formal warnings and terminations)
- Administrative tasks (including preparing employment contracts and employment references)
- Administration of compensation structures
- Support management with HR projects
- Prepare reports and analyses
Requirements
- Professional knowledge in human resources and management
- Knowledge of collective bargaining (tariff) law
- Knowledge of employment law fundamentals
- Experience with payroll processing desirable
- Service-oriented and independent working style
- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
