About the role
- Own and scale a greenfield territory (starting with Mid-Market and Enterprise in DACH, expanding beyond)
- Drive net-new revenue from prospecting to close, with a strong emphasis on self-sourced pipeline
- Position yourself as a trusted advisor to RevOps and Revenue leaders
- Run high-impact, multi-stakeholder demos and executive conversations
- Clearly articulate Weflow’s differentiated value in the emerging Revenue AI & Orchestration category
- Continuously refine messaging and outbound strategies to build a repeatable, scalable motion
- Educate senior executives on why Revenue AI is mission-critical — and why Weflow is defining the category
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience selling complex SaaS solutions to Mid-Market and Enterprise customers in multi-threaded sales cycles
- Consistent track record of exceeding €800k+ annual quotas and closing six-figure deals (€100k+) in 9+ month sales cycles
- Proven success selling to senior decision-makers (C-suite, CROs, RevOps, and other GTM leaders) in enterprise organizations (1,000+ employees)
- True hunter mentality with a history of landing net-new logos and building markets in emerging categories
- Strong command of MEDDPICC (or similar value-based methodologies) in complex enterprise deals
- Solid background in SaaS / enterprise software sales
- Exceptional communication skills — able to simplify complex topics and influence executive stakeholders
