About the role
- Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Functional Testing for asset management and capital markets platforms.
- Validate end-to-end workflows spanning trade lifecycle, post-trade processing, and investment accounting.
- Ensure systems meet business expectations before production release.
- Test trade capture, order execution, and transaction processing across asset classes.
- Validate workflows across middle office and downstream accounting systems.
- Perform functional validation of Pricing and valuation processes, Corporate actions handling, Reconciliations and custody flows, Collateral and settlement processes.
Requirements
- Strong experience in Asset Management or Capital Markets testing.
- Hands-on exposure to UAT and Functional Testing environments.
- Solid understanding of trade lifecycle and investment operations.
- Experience working with transaction, order, or portfolio systems.
- Good functional understanding of investment accounting and post-trade processes.
- Experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA or HP ALM.
- Comfortable working directly with business stakeholders.
- Strong documentation, communication, and analytical skills.
