Requirements

Over 10 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in leadership or managerial roles.
Demonstrated experience in leading teams that develop Kubernetes Operators, controllers, or platform automation tools.
Strong programming skills in Golang, Java, or Python.
In-depth understanding of Kubernetes architecture and the management of stateful workloads throughout their lifecycle.
Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, or comparable platforms.
Robust background in distributed systems and development of large-scale backend platforms.
Experience designing or managing cloud-native infrastructure and containerized platforms.
Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
Strong architectural insights and problem-solving skills in complex distributed environments.
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities.
Experience managing engineering OKRs, project timelines, and inter-team coordination.
